This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty coverage provided for products purchased from CaseXArmor and the process for submitting a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

All products sold by CaseXArmor include a 360-day limited warranty, starting from the date the order is delivered.

This warranty covers defects that arise from normal, intended use, including issues related to materials or manufacturing quality. If a product develops a defect within the warranty period, we will assess the issue and, where applicable, provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund for the original purchase price may be issued.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, abuse, or exposure to conditions beyond normal everyday use

  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or fading that occurs over time

  • Damage caused by unauthorized alterations or the use of accessories not recommended by CaseXArmor

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Customized or personalized products where the product page specifies that warranty coverage is excluded

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request warranty support, please contact us at support@thecasexarmor.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if requested)

If a return is required, our support team will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Proof of purchase may be required to process the claim.

If the warranty claim is approved and the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Warranty Duration

  • Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date

  • Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period

  • After the warranty period ends, any further assistance is offered at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law

Legal Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes statutory consumer rights, including those applicable to customers in the United States.
