1. Payment Options

To make shopping simple and secure, we provide multiple payment methods:

All transactions are processed in USD.

2. Payment Policy

● Full payment is required at checkout.

● Orders are only confirmed once payment clears.

● If a transaction fails or is declined, the order will not be processed.

3. Pricing & Currency

● Prices shown on www.thecasexarmor.com are listed in USD. 

● Pricing may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

● Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated during checkout.

● We use SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through PCI DSS Level 1–compliant payment gateways such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay to protect your information.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

● Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy.

● Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days but may take 10–15 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

● Unauthorized chargebacks will be challenged.

6. Fraud Protection

● We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

● For high‑value purchases, additional identity verification may be required.

● All transactions undergo automated verification via Shopify Payments fraud detection system and our internal review process.
